Fella x Rotisserie Shepherd Mate
If all goes well, our kennel will expect our first litter this year (around 11-2021) from the combination Fella x Mate. On this page I will give updates and post pictures of the progress and the litter itself. I will also tell you a bit about both dogs and explain why I chose this combination.

Mate is a strong dog with the sheep who is very keen to work together. He always listens very well, both during competitions and during work. He is an easy dog to get along with and he gets along well with children and other dogs. Mate is a stable male with a good will to please. Mate also has a good on and off switch, at home he is a wonderful 'house dog' but as soon as he has to work he is ready. When Mate is at work, Mate is in his element.

Fella is a fanatical young mind who really enjoys working but likes to give it a twist himself. She is one with character and you have to love that. Fella is fun with children, she has a preference with other dogs. She is not a dog that gets along with every dog, because she absolutely does not like busy, pushy dogs. Fella is a dog that also has a nice on and off button. She also does well with the sheep and works well with the flock, But she does lack a bit of potential to be a good trial dog.
Why this combination?
I chose this combination because they complement each other nicely in what I want to see in the future puppies. In my opinion, Mate is a super dog for the competitions and is very soft on the voice, his character is also a lot softer than Fella's. Fella, on the other hand, lacks the potential to run well in the sheep competitions, she does what she has to do on a herd but that's it. Fella is not easily impressed by your voice and has a lot of temperament.
What I hope to see in the puppies of this combination is that they have more the potential to walk well between the sheep, nicely between the temperament and the sensitivity on the voice of Fella and Mate. I also hope to see the qualities of Fella in the puppies in terms of agility, hoopers et cetera.
